A native of Ayrshire, Will studied at Cumbria College of Art and Design, Duncan of Jordanstone and Glasgow School of Art (BA Hons MA). He has gone on to work in Scotland and overseas in many areas of design, including product, graphic, exhibition, TV, landscape, interior and project management.  Closer to home, Will was involved with the Sculpture Trail that runs through the tiny Easter Ross villages of Balintore, Hilton and Shandwick. Situated on the north coast of the Moray Firth, these settlements date back to Pictish times, and the sculptures on the trail include the 'Mermaid of the North'  (now a feature of the North Coast 500 route), and the Hilton of Cadbol Pictish Stone, carved around AD800 in what was then the heartland of the Picts.  Will returned to painting in the late 1990s and has exhibited and sold with us in both Golspie and Dingwall.
