The Western Edge : Jane Harlington
A series of mixed media pieces, sketchbook cameos, collage and printmaking, sharing my love of “the little places of encounter “, be it birds of the shoreline or a rusty tin roof.
I have lived in Scotland for over 40 years, the last 23 of them on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. During this time I have built a place of retreat in both my studio and more recently in my garden. This body of work will explore these themes bringing to light the things I treasure and value.
