Our exhibition programme runs between March and December, showcasing both established and emerging artists working in all mediums who represent the very best of talent in the Highlands, and from further afield. Details of our current programme can be found below. We have a specifc interest in textile art and always have some on display.
Exhibitions are hosted in our main gallery at the top of a much admired original staircase; artwork is displayed in our two bright interconnected first floor rooms. With exhibitions changing every six to eight weeks, lots of lovely new works are always being created and then appearing, so there is always something new. Perhaps in due course one of these originals will be hanging on your wall.
Please note that access to the main gallery is by stairs only, but all currently available work can also be viewed online, and there is lots to see downstairs as well. We are very happy to take work down to show you, and provide more information at any point. A full listing of all works in each exhibition will be available online from the opening date onwards. Why not join our mailing list or follow us on social media for ongoing updates? We hope you can visit us soon.
Exhibiting
New ideas and talent always catch our attention. Enquiries about consignments of work - from artists, printmakers, designers or other creative people for general display in the shop or gallery - are welcome at any time. We are also now taking expressions of interest for exhibitions, across all mediums, as part of our 2025 programme. If you are interested in exhibiting your work, please email further information, including some representative images of your work. We do hear from quite a lot of people, so it may take some time to reply; please do bear with us.
