Gouache Studio Cake Pans

Individual gouache studio ‘cake’ pans come in a range of 14 bright colours and can be used to achieve similar effects to watercolour. These compacted paints are highly pigmented making them very economical to use and have a good level of lightfastness. This paint has a thick buttery consistency and has been compressed and dried in a way that means that the 'cake' should never crack over time. The finish is matt/semi-opaque. Recommended for amateur artists and school use.
