Dingwall Town Hall, which dates from 1735, and its timber clock tower, is a prominent feature of both the High Street and skyline. The public space in front of the building has no doubt been used for events of all kinds over time. Depicted here is Dingwall Royal British Legion Pipe Band, which always features a large number of junior players on the pipes and drums.
